Terms and Conditions
Snowlight Hope Services, LLC, doing business as Mangsen Mapping
Effective Date: October 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, enrollment, access, and use of online courses, continuing legal education programs, educational materials, and related services provided by Snowlight Hope Services, LLC, doing business as Mangsen Mapping ("we," "us," "our," or "the course provider").
By purchasing a course, creating an account, or accessing our educational services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or access our courses.
2. Educational Purpose
Our courses are intended to provide professional education concerning geospatial information, remote sensing, geographic information systems, and related subjects.
Course content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, professional surveying services, engineering advice, or a professional opinion concerning any particular property, dispute, or legal matter.
Examples, case studies, demonstrations, and hypothetical scenarios are presented for instructional purposes. Their applicability to other circumstances depends on the specific facts, data, methods, and governing requirements involved.
Participants remain responsible for exercising their own professional judgment.
3. Accuracy of Educational Information
The course provider makes every reasonable effort to ensure that educational content is accurate, relevant, and appropriately supported at the time of preparation.
However, geospatial technologies, data sources, professional standards, laws, and regulatory requirements may change.
The course provider does not guarantee that all information will remain current or be applicable to every factual or legal situation.
Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility for representations or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Continuing Legal Education Accreditation and Eligibility
The course provider will make every reasonable effort to provide accurate and current information concerning continuing legal education (CLE) accreditation, credit eligibility, approved credit hours, course identification numbers, and applicable reporting procedures.
CLE accreditation and acceptance requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change over time.
Participants acknowledge and agree that:
CLE credit eligibility and acceptance are determined by the applicable licensing or regulatory authority.
Participants are responsible for confirming that a course satisfies the requirements of each jurisdiction in which they intend to claim CLE credit.
Approval or acceptance in one jurisdiction does not necessarily establish eligibility in another.
Credit hours, categories, and reporting requirements may differ among jurisdictions.
Completion of a course does not guarantee acceptance of CLE credit in every jurisdiction.
The course provider will endeavor to correct material inaccuracies in published accreditation information upon becoming aware of them.
Nothing in this section diminishes the course provider's responsibility to accurately represent approvals it has obtained or to comply with applicable accreditation requirements.
5. CLE Reporting Responsibilities
CLE reporting requirements vary by jurisdiction.
Attorney Self-Reporting
Where a jurisdiction requires attorneys to report their own CLE participation, participants are responsible for submitting the required information accurately and within applicable deadlines.
The course provider may furnish course identification numbers, accreditation information, and completion documentation to assist participants.
Provider Reporting
Where applicable rules require the course provider to report attendance, completion, or other participation information, the course provider will fulfill those obligations in accordance with applicable requirements.
Participants agree to provide accurate and complete information reasonably necessary for such reporting, including attorney registration numbers and licensing jurisdictions where required.
Failure to provide necessary information may delay reporting or verification. The course provider will make reasonable efforts to resolve missing or inaccurate information but cannot guarantee timely processing when necessary information is unavailable.
Participants remain responsible for reviewing their CLE records and contacting the appropriate authority or course provider if they identify a discrepancy.
6. Course Participation and Completion
Participants are expected to personally complete the instructional content and any required assessments, evaluations, or completion-verification procedures associated with a course.
Course completion may be subject to requirements including:
Completing required instructional lessons
Passing required assessments
Submitting applicable completion affirmations
Satisfying other participation-verification requirements established for the course
Participants must provide truthful information concerning their participation.
The course provider may review participation records before issuing completion documentation or submitting required regulatory reports.
The course provider reserves the right to decline to certify participation that cannot reasonably be verified, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
7. Certificates of Completion
Certificates of Completion or other participation documentation may be provided upon request or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
Certificates may be issued electronically following verification of course completion and receipt of information reasonably necessary for their preparation.
The course provider generally aims to process manual certificate requests within one to two business days. This is an administrative service target rather than a guaranteed delivery deadline.
A certificate documents participation or completion. It does not independently guarantee CLE credit acceptance by a licensing authority.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit for certificate preparation is accurate.
8. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment
Course prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary based on access duration, promotions, discounts, bundles, or other offers.
Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout.
Payments are processed through supported third-party payment services.
The course provider reserves the right to change prices for future purchases. Price changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be handled according to the checkout terms and relevant legal requirements.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Participants may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that:
No more than 20% of the purchased instructional content has been completed or accessed; and
The participant has not received a Certificate of Completion or otherwise completed the course for CLE purposes.
For course bundles, the participation threshold is calculated across the total instructional content included in the purchased bundle.
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the applicable 14-day period.
Purchases that do not satisfy these conditions are generally nonrefundable.
The course provider may consider exceptions in cases involving duplicate purchases, material inaccuracies in advertised course accreditation, unresolved technical access problems, or other exceptional circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Course Access and Duration
The course provider offers educational products with different access periods, as disclosed on the applicable sales page and at checkout.
12-Month Access
Courses or bundles purchased with 12-month access remain available for 12 months from the date of purchase.
During this period, participants may access the instructional materials and complete applicable course requirements for CLE purposes, subject to accreditation and regulatory requirements.
At the conclusion of the 12-month period, access to the purchased instructional materials may expire.
Lifetime Access
Courses or bundles purchased with lifetime access include 12 months from the date of purchase to complete applicable course requirements for CLE purposes under the purchased enrollment.
After the 12-month CLE completion period, participants retain access to the purchased instructional materials for ongoing professional development, personal study, and reference.
Continued educational access does not extend the original CLE completion period, renew previously earned CLE credit, or guarantee eligibility to claim additional CLE credit.
For purposes of these Terms, lifetime access means access for as long as the purchased course remains available and supported by the course provider. It does not guarantee perpetual hosting, future content updates, or continued CLE accreditation.
General Access Conditions
The course provider may update, revise, replace, or discontinue educational materials as reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and commitments made at purchase.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical difficulties, third-party platform outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a purchased course becomes unavailable before the end of its stated access period, the course provider will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.
11. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise indicated, course videos, presentations, graphics, assessments, written materials, and related educational content are owned by or licensed to the course provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a course grants the participant a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the materials for individual educational purposes during the applicable access period.
Participants may not, without prior written authorization:
Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or sublicense course materials
Share account credentials or provide unauthorized access to others
Record, download, or distribute course videos except where expressly permitted
Republish substantial portions of course materials
Use course content to create competing commercial educational products
Reasonable personal notes and uses otherwise permitted by applicable law are not prohibited.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
12. Student Accounts and Acceptable Use
Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding their login credentials.
Accounts are intended for individual use unless a separate institutional or group licensing arrangement provides otherwise.
Participants agree not to interfere with course delivery, circumvent access restrictions, submit fraudulent completion information, or misuse the educational platform.
The course provider may suspend or restrict access in response to material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any required notice or opportunity to resolve the issue.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Resources
Educational services may be delivered through third-party platforms, including website hosting, learning management, video delivery, and payment processing services.
Courses may also reference external websites, public datasets, software applications, and other resources.
The course provider does not control the continued availability, accuracy, or functionality of independent third-party resources.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, educational materials and related services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every participant's particular professional or legal circumstances.
The course provider does not warrant that completing a course will produce a particular professional, legal, regulatory, or business outcome.
This provision does not disclaim express commitments made by the course provider or warranties and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the course provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of educational materials or services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or professional decisions made in reliance on course content.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the course provider's aggregate liability arising from a particular course purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for that course.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Privacy
The collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are addressed in our separate Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is available through our website and educational platform.
17. Changes to These Terms
The course provider may revise these Terms to reflect changes in business practices, educational services, technology, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will display a revised effective date.
Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated where required by applicable law.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights or remedies that participants have already acquired under applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory provisions of another jurisdiction's law apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
